We’re all trolls folks! Yes that’s right, if we’re not in Charlie’s Korner we’re with the trolls. I wonder if the trolls have self respect? I wonder if the trolls act like obnoxious idiots in front of the world and appear to be more than happy to do so. I wonder if trolls have abused their bodies and minds to the point of some sort of delusional haze. Charlie is in the middle of “an odyssey or epic proportions”. So….. making a spectacle of yourself and acting like a total ass is how we achieve this “odyssey or epic proportions”… good to know I guess.

So there you have it, episode 3 of Sheen’s Korner. So let me ask to, is the guy you want in your Korner? Maybe if you’re lucky he’ll let you take out his trash. You’ll be lucky to do so you loyal fan you!

How about that Charlie Sheen? You just never know what’s going to come out of his mouth, especially lately. We’ve decided to post the recent Charlie Sheen videos as we consider his rants to be an aspect of the lighter side of life. While we recognize that he is probably a very sick man with some obvious issues, we find it funny that he has such a condescending way about the “trolls’, them, people, fans….. the same people who have made Charlie Sheen obscenely rich. Charlie Sheen’s obnoxious rants are what he wants people to remember him for, so here you have it. Episode 2 of Sheen’s Korner “Torpedoes of Truth”. Grab some popcorn and an un-named beverage of your choice (unless they’re paying you) and watch one of Charlie Sheen’s legacy moments.

Easy Ways to Eat More Fruits and Vegetables as Part of a Healthy Diet

According to the fruitsandveggiesmatter.gov (sponsored by the CDC) website, over 90 percent of adults and children don’t eat the recommended amount of fruits and vegetables. One of the main reasons many of us don’t get enough is because our lives are fast-paced, and most of us tend to eat on the go. Since fruit and vegetables usually require some degree of extra effort when preparing meals, and are sometimes unavailable when we eat out, they’re usually the first thing to get left out when we’re in a rush. I know how hard it is to get enough fruit and vegetables everyday, especially when you’re busy! But here are a few ideas to help you out:

  • Add fruit to your cereal, low-fat or fat-free yogurt, or oatmeal.
  • Snack on fruit during the day. Grab an apple, banana, or some grapes on your way out the door.
  • Eat a colorful salad at lunch. Try mixed greens with tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, and bell peppers.
  • Make fruits and vegetables about half your plate.
  • Snack on raw veggies with or without a healthy low-fat or fat-free dip.
  • Drink V8, V8 Splash, or another vegetable juice instead of your usual soda or snack while you’re at work or school.
